It happened more than two decades, that Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Association of the Disabled founded the START Rehabilitation Company. Today more than 2500 workers mean the company, and more than 80 percent thereof have changed ability to work to less-more extent or are disabled persons. The company was created together with them, and its value is not primarily in how many people is provided with a job, how much is its revenue – although we do not have to be ashamed of it either-, but in that marketable product often of significantly better quality come out from among the hands of persons of the most difficult fate.
Nowadays huge changes take place in our environment and in the world. We must take care very much that we should preserve those values that were created by us and the similar enterprises like us. At the same time we must take the rate, meet the requirements of this age and have our organization complied with these challenges. I have seen, experienced much, and confess with Saint-Exupéry, proceeding towards the age of wisdom: "A person can see well only with his heart!"
